Helping schools identified for improvement apply the lessons learned from high-poverty, high-performing schools. RMC has studied high-performing, high-poverty schools to determine how and why they've been successful. The lessons learned from these "turnaround" schools have framed the support we provide to schools facing similar challenges.
Developing state support systems to improve low-performing schools. RMC staff work with clients to create, implement, and evaluate a state support system, and to consult on how best to communicate the support system to school districts.
